List Puller + your DealMachine key. Motivated owners only: vacant, tax-delinquent, pre-foreclosure, probate, tired landlord, absentee, with equity. Tagged by city and signal.
Start texting
One click enrolls the list into your blast at 4 or 6 texts a minute, inside the legal send window (8 AM - 8 PM their time). Opt-outs are honored everywhere, forever.
Acq AI answers
Every reply is answered by your Acq AI: motivation, condition, price, timeline. Suggest mode drafts for your VA; Auto mode sends it.
Underwriting

Deal goes in
The signed property shows up in Dispo with photos, numbers and access notes. FUSE tells you how many buyers in your list have never seen it.
Blast or pull
Blast your buyers, or pull fresh cash buyers for that market from DealMachine. Every buyer is enrolled once, ever; new deals go out as short openers, not spam.
Bowe works the replies
Positive reply: Bowe sends the deal sheet, then introduces himself, books the walkthrough, follows up. One state per buyer, never a seller, never below your floor.
Offer
Any offer is handed to you with name, number, property and price. You negotiate; Bowe never does.
Assignment
Assignment contract sent for signature, closing date pulled from the PSA, title company emails sorted, deal marked closed in the P&L.

How texting goes live
On the setup form you give us your legal business name, EIN, address and website. We register your brand and campaign (A2P 10DLC) the same day. Carriers approve in 3-7 business days; your texting switches on automatically the moment they do. One-time $35 registration fee.
How texting is billed
Per text segment at your plan rate, charged automatically to your card every $25 of usage. No wallet to top up, no surprise bills. Opt-outs, DND and carrier blocks are enforced on every send by every part of the system.
