This policy explains what information FUSE LLC ("FUSE", "we", "us") collects when you visit fusecrm.co, sign up for FUSE, or use the FUSE CRM and related apps, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Account and billing details: your name, company, email, phone number, billing address and plan. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's secure pages; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Identity verification: if we ask you to verify your identity before your account is set up, Stripe Identity collects your ID document and a selfie. We receive the result of the check, not a copy we keep for other purposes.
- Information you put in FUSE: contacts, leads, buyers, messages, call records, notes, files, property data and anything else you or your team store in your account ("Customer Data").
- Connected accounts: if you choose to connect a bank or card account (through Stripe Financial Connections) or accounting software such as QuickBooks, we read the transactions and balances you allow, only to show your profit and loss inside FUSE.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, log data, IP address and browser type, collected to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To set up, run and support your FUSE account, including building your sub-accounts and features.
- To bill you and prevent fraud.
- To send you service messages about your account, billing, security and updates.
- To improve FUSE, including the AI features that work on your own account data.
- To meet legal, tax and carrier (A2P 10DLC) requirements.
We do not sell your personal information or your Customer Data.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your account, onboarding, support and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
Who we share information with
Only with service providers that help us run FUSE, under contracts that limit how they use it:
- Stripe, for payments, identity verification and bank connections.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), the platform FUSE is built on, and its phone carriers for calls and texts.
- Cloud hosting, email and AI providers that process data to deliver features you use.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Your Customer Data
You own the Customer Data in your account. We process it on your behalf to provide FUSE. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and to contact the people in it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember settings and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of FUSE may stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes afterward. When you cancel, you can ask us to delete your Customer Data; we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time unless we must keep it by law.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and two-factor authentication.
Your choices and rights
You can update your account details at any time and ask us for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them. Email info@fusecrm.co to make a request.
Children
FUSE is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
